Go to "Creatives" tab

Select the videos you want to change thumbnails for.

Click the orange icon in the top right corner.

Choose from either a specific frame or upload a new thumbnail

Click “Confirm” to update the thumbnails.

If you want to upload a custom thumbnail, we recommend setting the first frame of the video as your custom thumbnail.That way, you won’t have to manually upload a thumbnail for each video.
